FRANKLIN – Franklin City held a short meeting last week, which lasted only 25 minutes before going into an executive session. The executive meeting was to discuss employee matters.
Kevin Harris, of the engineering firm of Forsgren and Associates, informed council members and Mayor Todd Hawkes of a transportation planning study and asked them to form a technical advisory (TAC) committee to determine priority goals. He also asked the council to take to Forsgren any concerns the city might have.
